Nineteen of the Russian's 21 victories have been earned on hard courts
A revitalized Medvedev secured his maiden championship for nearly 30 months with success over Frenchman Moutet in the tournament final.
Medvedev, a former world number one, has experienced a challenging season, winning just one match at the major tournaments and experiencing a meltdown at the New York tournament.
Medvedev's unpredictability on the professional circuit - and issues with his service game in specific - led to him exiting of the elite rankings and eventually separating with long-term mentor his previous coach.
Now collaborating with Johansson and Goetzke, the tennis star has gradually advanced in the last few weeks - climaxing in a closely contested three-set victory over challenger Corentin Moutet.
This represents the player's initial championship since the Rome competition and first on a hard court since that period of 2023.
Victory also signifies he has secured twenty-one championships at twenty-one various tournaments.
"This marks the first occasion I have attended a tournament with my both daughters at once, so to secure a championship is particularly special," commented world number 14 Medvedev.
"This championship is in honour of my second daughter my daughter, because the maiden victory I won when my older daughter Alisa was delivered was for her."
The tennis star, the former major winner, had been defeated in his previous six title deciders, featuring in Halle previously this season.
His defensive strategy and regular emotional displays on the tennis court had caused observers to doubt if his capacity to perform at the highest level was concluded.
But the player has altered his approach in recent weeks, striving to come to the net and compete positively, supported by an enhanced serve.
He came back from a disadvantage in the first set against the challenging Frenchman, securing four of the last five games to gain the advantage.
The competitors swapped service breaks in the following set before Moutet, striving for his maiden tour title, seized the initiative to create a final set.
Moutet saved four early chances in a competitive deciding set before the champion secured a break to that score to serve for the match.
Appropriately, Medvedev secured the win with a rally at the front of the court, with his opponent incapable to manage a shot after a lengthy match.
